Founding Members may receive certain benefits, which may include early access, priority onboarding, product previews, feedback sessions, selected visibility, event invitations, preferential commercial terms, recognition within the Deployed network, or other benefits determined by Deployed from time to time.
Founding Member status is invitation-only. It is not transferable, assignable, guaranteed, permanent, or automatically available to any person or organisation. Deployed may accept, decline, revoke, suspend, modify, restrict, or withdraw Founding Member status at any time and for any reason.
Founding Member status does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary relationship, advisory relationship, employment relationship, representation right, exclusivity, mandate, commitment, endorsement, regulatory status, or right to participate in any opportunity, process, transaction, product, feature, event, or commercial arrangement.
Founding Member status does not mean that Deployed has verified, endorsed, approved, recommended, underwritten, rated, or guaranteed the relevant participant, its representatives, its financial position, its regulatory status, its investment suitability, its opportunities, its mandates, its services, or any information it provides.
Any benefits associated with Founding Member status are discretionary and may be changed, paused, withdrawn, replaced, or made subject to additional terms, eligibility checks, compliance requirements, onboarding processes, payment terms, confidentiality obligations, or platform rules.
Participation as a Founding Member does not authorise any person to speak on behalf of Deployed, bind Deployed, represent Deployed, use Deployed’s name or branding in marketing materials, imply endorsement by Deployed, or hold themselves out as a partner, agent, representative, adviser, introducer, broker, intermediary, affiliate, or representative of Deployed without Deployed’s prior written consent.
Founding Members remain solely responsible for their own legal, regulatory, financial, tax, commercial, confidentiality, data protection, and professional obligations in every jurisdiction relevant to their activities.
Users may choose to indicate general areas of interest, including sectors, geographies, asset classes, transaction types, ticket sizes, capital requirements, liquidity requirements, investment themes, strategic mandates, or other review criteria.
Any such information is provided by the user at its own initiative for the purpose of configuring access preferences, review parameters, workflow settings, and communication preferences.
Where a user expressly opts in, requests information, defines relevant criteria, or otherwise indicates interest, Deployed may enable access to information or communications that correspond to those user-defined interests or criteria, subject to applicable platform rules, permissions, and legal restrictions.
Any such visibility, notification, communication, access route, information flow, or workflow participation is intended only to support user-defined review, access control, information management, and workflow administration.
